(I had some left over from the last time I baked cookies) and the raspberry jam goes on the top after the cookie has cooled. Never buy boxed brownie mix again!
Follow the recipe below and make brownies for approximately .30 a mix! Be sure to save this by clicking "SHARE"! You will... be able to find it on your own timeline later! So simple, so easy. Not just frugal but cuts out the unknown ingredients. 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder. At Baking Time Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. OR use the amazing Pampered Chef brownie pan and bake it in much less time - depends on your oven, check after 12-15 minutes of baking and remove when brownies are done! Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Walnut Cookies 2 sticks butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup light brown sugar ~ packed 2 extra large eggs 2 1/4 cup unsifted flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp hot water 2 cups walnuts broken into pieces 2 cups semi~sweet chocolate chips Cream butter in your mixer. Add salt, vanilla, and sugars and beat well. Add eggs and beat. On low speed, add half of the flour. Beat and scrape bowl. In a small cup stir in the baking soda into the hot water to dissolve. Mix into dough. Add remaining flour and beat only to mix. Remove bowl from mixer. Add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Chill dough. After dough is chilled, drop about 1 tsp of dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for about 12 to 15 minutes.
